Team Management

Invite team members and manage roles in your organization.

Organizations

Round.so uses organizations to group your team and websites together. When you sign up, you create an organization that acts as your workspace.

Roles

Each organization member has a role that controls what they can do:

RolePermissions
OwnerFull control. Manage billing, members, settings, and delete the organization.
AdminManage members, settings, and all website content. Cannot delete the organization.
MemberView and edit websites and leads. Cannot manage billing or members.

Inviting members

To invite someone to your organization:

  1. Go to SettingsMembers
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address and choose a role
  4. They'll receive an email invitation to join

Managing members

From the Members settings page, you can:

  • Change roles — Promote or demote members (owner and admin only)
  • Remove members — Remove someone from the organization
  • Transfer ownership — Transfer the owner role to another member (owner only)

All plans support up to 10 team members per organization.
